ENTREZ for Aap Ki Pasand (SAN-CHA)

Mad hatters and March hares attending tea dos in Delhi can now happily ask for more !

Aap Ki Pasand – the first tea parlou of it kinds in India has been started in the capital by two tea friends, Sanjay Kapur and sister Pranav. Sanjy had worked fot the Duncan Tea Company for seven years. ( they are assisting in this venture) before concludoing that tepid tasting teas had been marketed in India while the best eblnd were ear marked for foreign consumption. «  All the original are either exported or blended with poor quality teas by the traders. Consummers of tea in India do not get the best of our produce. I realised the there were a lot of demand for good tea and so decided to open this parlour. The response has been very encouraging anand I find a lot of people buying from me. «  says Sanjay . Moreover he is also dispensing tea technology to houswives who have been burdened with feeling of failure by years of making tea – and just not getting it right. A severe critic of badly made cups of cheer. Sanjay says the Darjeeling tea is sensitive stuff, and to get the right combination one must be aware of the type of water etc. Thereafter the custommers are divided into categories according to their preference The tea taster haven has three available blend’sall named quite esoterically Raxi begum is the flavoured one. Ragto raho is obviously the strong one …. last but not least, Hum Dono a mixture of both. This is however jsut the teeing off point fot those two entrepreneurs, It seems that it’s Delhi today, the world tomorrow
